As the Chef de Partie in Garden Kitchen & Bar, you will be responsible for supporting our Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Locke, to assist with leading the team, ensuring consistency in high-quality product and service standards.
A few of your responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the planning of menusMonitor stock levelsAssist in rostering and managing team membersEnsure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchenMentor and develop the Demi's, Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigadeWhat are we looking for:
