**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Support Specialist at PVH,





you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while enabling you to develop your career in customer service within a dynamic and supportive team. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service that aligns with our brand values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:**
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) in a professional and friendly manner.

- **Issue Resolution:**
Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.

- **Product Knowledge:**
Maintain a thorough understanding of PVH products and services to effectively assist customers and recommend suitable solutions.

- **Data Management:**






Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records in the company database. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all records.

- **Feedback Collection:**
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services that align with customer needs.

- **Collaboration:**
Work with various internal teams (such as Sales and Marketing) to share customer insights and contribute to improving customer experience.

- **Reporting and Analytics:**
Assist in compiling customer service reports and analyze trends to enhance performance and efficiency.

- **Training and Development:**
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, processes, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:**






High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.

- **Technical Skills:**
Proficient in using customer support software, live chat systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
