**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Knowledge Sharing:** Assist in creating and updating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and help guides to provide self-service resources for clients.






- **Feedback Collection:** Collaborate with the product development team by gathering and relaying customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Training Support:** Aid in the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary training and support on product usage.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to identify trends in customer inquiries and contribute to enhancing support processes and tools.
- **Continuous Learning:** Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to expand product knowledge and client support skills.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in customer service, communication, or technology preferred.
- No prior experience required, but any internships or volunteer work involving customer interaction is a plus.
