### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in the use of computers and customer management systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)





and comfortable with navigating digital communication platforms.
