#### Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This remote role will be an integral part of our customer service department, providing exceptional online assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

#### Key Responsibilities:







- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and accurate information and support to clients via chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries related to company services, products, and policies efficiently.

- **Issue Resolution:** Manage and resolve client issues and complaints through chat interactions, focusing on achieving first-contact resolution when possible. Employ problem-solving skills to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring all details are recorded for future reference and continuous improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Foster transparency and maintain open dialogue for effective communication within the team.

- **Feedback Contribution:** Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team to assist in identifying trends, areas for improvement, and potential enhancements to service offerings.







- **Knowledge Base Maintenance:** Actively contribute to the organization's knowledge base by suggesting updates to FAQ documents and other resources based on customer interactions.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of company offerings, customer service best practices, and industry trends.

#### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on chat support or online customer service channels.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Dedicated:** Committed to providing excellent customer service and support.






- **Resourceful:** Able to utilize available resources effectively to resolve customer inquiries.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy in customer interactions and documentation.
- **Problem-Solving:** Demonstrate the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly under pressure.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and comfortable using technology to communicate.

- **Communication Skills:** Strong written communication skills are essential; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a chat format.

- **Availability:** Must be flexible to work during various shifts as needed,





including evenings and weekends.
