### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Healius services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
2. **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure that issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on all Healius products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance service knowledge.
4. **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, offering insights and feedback to enhance team performance.

**Quality Assurance**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help develop and refine support processes.
6. **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
- Document and report any trends or recurring issues that could impact customer satisfaction to management.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in customer service or support roles, preferably in a chat support setting.
- **Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with customer service software and live chat tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM applications.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
