About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior ICT Business Analyst to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role works with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs; capture,
analyse and document requirements; and support the delivery of ICT solutions that meet business needs.
The Senior ICT Business Analyst is responsible to undertake the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements for large and complex programs and Projects within NSWPF. The position works with both internal and external delivery partners within the Command.
