### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various online platforms, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- **Issue Resolution**: Manage and resolve client issues via chat, email, and social media channels with a focus on delivering first-contact resolution. Utilize effective decision-making skills to address complex client inquiries.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and anticipating future concerns, ensuring a personalized experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document feedback for further improvements. Use these insights to recommend solutions and enhancements to client experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing to communicate client feedback, share insights,
and help align services with client expectations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training and development initiatives to improve personal knowledge and skills, and contribute ideas for process enhancements within the team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Charter Communications' services, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate offerings and changes to clients.
- **Creative Solutions**: Embrace creativity by proposing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve client interactions and overall service delivery.
### Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations,
customer support, or a related field, preferably in an online environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
