Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative tasks relating to the processing of applications for admission including assessment and decision-making on applications, issuing offer letters, responding to enquiries, and processing acceptances.
- Maintaining student records on RTO and PRISMS systems and issuing CoE documents in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Responding professionally, accurately, and promptly to enquiries regarding courses and admission requirements to internal and external stakeholders as well as providing administrative support to staff when required
- Maintaining accurate student data in the student database
- Report to the admission manager and undertake other duties as required from time to time
- General office administration and other tasks as required at certain times of the year such as assisting with Graduation Ceremonies, Orientation Sessions, and new and continuing student enrolments.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Professional communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Be passionate about customer service and student outcomes
- Have experience and skills with the Microsoft Suite at an intermediate to advanced level
- Be ethical, supportive, and positive.
Desirable:
- Experience within learning environments such as those found in VET or Higher Education organisations
