Daily duties:
- Manage a large volume of warm leads via inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our life insurance products and their benefits to clients
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments to qualify personalised insurance solutions that correspond with our client's individual needs
- Maintain a goal-oriented drive to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
About you:
- Legal right to work in Australia - must have
- Experience in sales or customer service - must have
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry - advantageous
- Experience in a call centre - advantageous
