### Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The Online Client Relations Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by delivering exceptional service through various online platforms.







### Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through timely communication and follow-up on inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

- **Data Management:** Maintain and update client databases and records with accurate information. Ensure that client interactions are documented thoroughly in our CRM system.

- **Support Marketing Initiatives:** Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, products, and special offers through online channels. Provide creative input based on client feedback and trends observed in client interactions.

- **Feedback Collection:** Actively seek and gather client feedback through surveys and informal conversations to help enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.







- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and client feedback to share insights with management and assist in the development of improved processes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a holistic approach to client service and satisfaction.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations and contribute ideas for improving our client engagement strategy.

### Requirements:

**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience:**






- No prior experience is required; however, any experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.

**Skills:**
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, email, and chat applications).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Driven: You demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve personal and team goals.
