### Job Description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our Melbourne team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client relations and have excellent communication skills. This role requires a resourceful individual who can adapt to various situations, make informed decisions, and analyze client needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients and respond to complaints or issues promptly.

- **Account Management:**
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with agreements and identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
- Prepare and present Client Relationship Reports, providing insights on client activities and feedback to enhance experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.

- **Data Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze client feedback and market trends to provide recommendations for product or service enhancements.






- Utilize data and analytics tools to track client preferences, behaviors, and overall satisfaction levels.
- Assist in resolving disputes and discrepancies by analyzing relevant documentation and client communications.

- **Strategic Support:**
- Support strategic initiatives by identifying potential areas for growth and improvement within client engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on client outreach efforts and promotional strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss client feedback and service enhancements.

- **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and account changes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.






- Generate reports to track and evaluate performance metrics, presenting findings to management as needed.

### Requirements:

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable:** Able to adjust swiftly to change and new directions.






- **Resourceful:** Proficient in finding quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties and solve problems.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong **decision-making** skills with an ability to evaluate options and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent **analytical** skills with keen attention to detail.
