**Job Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this part-time remote role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients,





ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for customer service and a creative approach to problem-solving while exhibiting leadership qualities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer product information in a timely manner.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring persistent follow-up.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system to streamline future communications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.






- **Feedback & Reporting**: Collect and analyze client insights and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our services.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Create and update client support documentation, FAQs, and training materials to enhance team effectiveness and client self-service options.
- **Training Support**: Assist in training new team members and share best practices to promote a collaborative working environment.

**Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with remote communication tools (Zoom,





Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Dedicated to continuous personal and professional improvement.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Creativity in developing solutions for clients and improving processes.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, capable of guiding clients through challenges and collaborating with team members effectively.
