### Job Description

Dick's Sporting Goods is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Australia and beyond. You will engage with our customers through various channels, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their needs.

### Key Responsibilities







- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or questions in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products and services. Communicate relevant insights to management for continuous improvement.
- **Training & Mentorship:** Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of teamwork and provide support, guidance, and training to new team members as needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer feedback trends, operational efficiencies,





and areas for improvement.
- **Process Improvements:** Identify areas for improvement within the customer service process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in customer service or customer care roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or communications would be an advantage.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Dependable in meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Dedicated: Committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Proven capability to guide,





motivate, and inspire team members, promoting an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions and responses to customer inquiries and challenges.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable tone.
- **Availability:** Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
