**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Interaction**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various online platforms, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information regarding Ameren's products and services.
2. **Problem Solving**: Identify client issues or concerns and work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner, utilizing available resources and collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
3. **Data Analysis**: Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, potential areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the client experience.
4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to communicate client needs and propose solutions that align with Ameren's goals.
6. **Feedback Collection**:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with Ameren and relay insights to management for strategic planning and service improvements.
7. **Education**: Provide clients with information and resources to help them understand Ameren's offerings and how they can best utilize our services.
8. **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor client satisfaction metrics and participate in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and overall client happiness.

**Requirements:**
- **Education**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- **Experience**:
At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a customer service or sales environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality Traits**: Must be resourceful, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate or exhibit a leadership perspective in client relations, even as a new associate.
