**Key Responsibilities:**






- **Client Assistance:** Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about AEP services and products.
- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on any outstanding inquiries.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure that clients receive comprehensive support.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback regarding service quality and areas for improvement, and convey this information to management for future enhancement of services.
- **Self-Management:** Prioritize workload effectively to meet client needs while managing time to ensure all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.






- **Reporting:** Analyze client interaction data to identify trends, recurring issues, and service gaps, providing insights to help refine support processes.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on AEP's products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information and improve service delivery.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and common software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM software).
- **Personality Traits:** Driven and independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Soft Skills:**






- **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple inquiries and workload effectively.
- **Analysis:** Strong analytical skills to assess client data and feedback to drive improvements.
