**Key Responsibilities:**







- **Client Support:** Provide exceptional online support to clients through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information promptly and effectively.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company's CRM system. Ensure that all client data is handled with confidentiality and integrity.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments, including sales and operations, to facilitate a seamless client experience. Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements to client support processes.







- **Training Support:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive learning environment.

- **Feedback and Improvement:** Actively seek client feedback and identify areas for process improvement. Contribute ideas for enhancing the client experience and increasing operational efficiency.

- **Adaptability:** Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and services. Quickly adapt to changing client needs and company policies to provide the best support possible.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree or certification in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role,





preferably in an online setting or healthcare-related environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: A positive and lively approach to client interactions, maintaining enthusiasm even during high-pressure situations.
- Resilient: Ability to recover quickly from setbacks and remain composed in challenging situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, motivate team members, and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve client concerns and come to mutually beneficial agreements.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is preferred. Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms.







- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
