**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a confident and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the expansion of our business initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and client needs.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
