**Position Overview**
As a Customer Care Specialist at Priceline Group, you will be the first point of contact for our customers,





assisting them with inquiries, issues, and reservations. This part-time remote role offers flexible hours and a supportive work environment, making it ideal for those seeking to balance work and other commitments. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective problem-solving techniques, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Process reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently according to company policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and understanding their unique needs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.






- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, company promotions, and products to provide credible information to customers.
- Uphold company standards in professionalism and customer service excellence, reflecting the values and mission of Priceline Group.

**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated reliability and a passion for customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers,





including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
