**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a confident and adaptable Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. In this entry-level position,





you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. You will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and interpersonal strengths, all while working in a flexible environment that encourages your creativity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Utilize strong decision-making skills to analyze customer situations and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
- Escalate complex inquiries or concerns to supervisors as needed while ensuring customers are informed of their cases' status.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Cincinnati Financial's products and services to assist customers effectively.






- Stay updated on changing products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

4. **Documentation:**
- Record and update customer interactions in our CRM system to track issues and resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain reports regarding customer inquiries and feedback for management review.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Cooperate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve personal skills and knowledge of the services offered.

6. **Customer Experience:**
- Engage with customers proactively to enhance their experience and foster long-term relationships.






- Seek feedback to understand customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred but not required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfort with digital communication tools is essential.

- **Confident:** Possess a strong sense of self-assurance in presenting solutions and engaging with customers.
- **Adaptable:** Ability to pivot between tasks and adjust to changing customer needs and company initiatives.
