Arrow Electronics is seeking a motivated and skilled **Client Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. #### Responsibilities:
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- **Support Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner while ensuring updates and communication are effectively relayed to clients.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Arrow Electronics' products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- **Training & Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our services and have access to necessary resources.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service improvements and participate in team meetings to suggest innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- **Sales Support:** Work alongside the sales team to identify potential leads and provide essential client insights that support revenue growth.
- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and response times, working to achieve defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Knowledge Base Contribution:** Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base materials to enhance team capabilities and performance.
#### Requirements:
- **Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, preferably within the technology or electronics industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- **Personality Traits:**
