Devon Energy, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. In this part-time role, you will play a vital part in fostering strong relationships with our clients while providing exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for online client queries and issues.
Deliver timely and accurate information to clients through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.
- **Relationship Management:** Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Track client interactions and feedback to ensure overall client engagement and experience.
- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify and resolve client issues by leveraging effective problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client queries and provide impactful resolutions.
- **Project Management:** Manage client-related projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet client expectations. Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Monitor client feedback and engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports on client interactions and escalations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client relations strategies and enhance the overall client experience.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about Devon Energy services, products, and industry standards. Every representative is encouraged to contribute ideas for improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate client database management.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service,
or a similar role, preferably within the energy sector.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and innovation to overcome challenges.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Resilient, able to adapt to changing situations and client needs with a positive attitude.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with online communication tools and technologies is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Superior written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
