Essendant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Specialist to join our customer support team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer support or a related field, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. **Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Assistance:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via various online channels (email, chat, and social media) in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing client concerns and complaints effectively.
2. **User Support:**
- Assist clients with technical support related to online orders, account management, and product issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service trends to share with management for continuous improvement.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to share insights regarding client needs and enhance overall service delivery.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to developing more efficient support processes.
5. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and new technologies that can enhance customer service.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to boost skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
