About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources Systems and Operations to lead our team of HR professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our HR systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. You will provide functional, technical, and process leadership to enable best practice Human Resources delivery to the business.
Other key aspects of the role:
- Systems Integration: Managing the integration of AAL and Group HR systems, acting as a facilitator between HR and IT.
- Project Management:
Overseeing the end-to-end project management cycle for HR systems implementations, enhancements, and updates.
- Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and improving HR systems models and procedures to enhance service efficiency.
- Process Changes: Identifying and proposing solutions for process changes, ensuring thorough documentation and stakeholder approval.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify, reporting and resolving operational risks and issues in accordance with Allianz Risk Management Framework.
- Data Governance: Evaluating and monitoring HRIS data governance, adhering to Allianz Global Data process best practices.
- Change Requests: Managing local change requests from submission through to release.
- Position Management: Developing and maintaining position management data and procedures within HR systems.
- Role Description Governance: Driving and overseeing the role description process across the enterprise.
- Leadership & Delivery: Leading and managing local HR operations with a strong focus on customer service,
prioritization, and value addition.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer service and resolving performance-related issues with key stakeholders.
Important to your success:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Human resources, Psychology or similar.
- Significant Human Resource management experience, including experience leading a team.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools within a large organization.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering on projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organizational transformation, leveraging effective process collaboration and communication to foster commitment and participation.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and service providers.
- Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop individual and team potential.
