About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides the Vice President of Operations, Australasia with administrative support including communication, scheduling, correspondence, appointment and time management, travel arrangements, internal customer service, office coordination, owner relations and general office management duties.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Diary and travel management
- Scheduling and preparation for meetings, including creation of presentations
- Project work including assisting the Regional Team as required
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with team members, owners, and guests
- Managing general office administration for the Regional Office.

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Positive can-do attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and bility to work under pressure
- Professional communication and people skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different time and task management demands
- Executive level computer skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
