About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and expand our network of clinics, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
The State Manager is a strategic leader who is responsible and accountable for the delivery of the company’s vision, purpose, and strategy through leading Lifecare clinics to achieve our goals, delivering the highest level of service and patient care.

In this role you will be:
- Fostering positive team relationships to promote staff engagement and retention
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting Clinic leaders as they develop their own high performing teams
- Developing and implementing of local and state-specific marketing plans in collaboration with clinic leadership and our national Marketing team
- Leading customer experience (CX), marketing & sales initiatives in both B2C and B2B markets
- Delivering P&L; performance to budget
