About the Position
WorkPac are seeking an Administrator to join our mining client for a 3-months duration. This position is a Perth-based role, Monday to Friday Roster.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Raising purchase orders.
- receipting of invoices in SAP.
- Vendor engagement.
- End of month reconciliation of accounts.
- Booking of flights and accommodation.
- Data entry and management.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience with end of month accruals.
- Previous experience using MS Office Suite including Excel and SAP.
