Job Title: EL1 Data Integration Manager Duration: 12 months with possible extension Location: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, WA Requirements: As a Data Integration Manager, you love technology and understand the intricacies and relationships between software and infrastructure.
You have experience supporting operations during incidents and remain calm, methodically working through issues with the team and reporting on progress.
The occupant of this role will work alongside the testing and engineering teams to define the environment management plan and ensure the release planning incorporates environment constraints or considerations.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: End-to-end ownership of building secure CI/CD processes for various applications (Design, Build, Test and Support).
Producing efficient, high-quality code/solutions to projects, including peer code reviews.
Automation scripting using Shell/Python/Lambda/Javascript and Typescript.
Implementation of automated workflows for data ingestion, processing and distribution.
Ensuring data quality and consistency across various data sources.
Conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting of data pipelines and supporting operation teams in the event of production incidents.
Working collaboratively with the Delivery Lead to produce regular program reporting, ensuring project schedules are kept accurate and current in line with program reporting cadence.
Identifying and managing potential conflicts or issues within delivery schedules enabling Delivery Managers and the Delivery Lead to take preventative action.
Essential Criteria: Demonstrated 5 years' experience working with Data and Analytics Platforms.
Demonstrated experience in the management of SAS Grid, SAS Visual Analytics and Teradata.
Experience with container-based technologies and their deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Demonstrated experience in integrating Dev Ops with data and analytics platforms and with data applications using tools including, but not limited to; Terraform, Vault, Artifactory and Gitlab.
Demonstrated knowledge of cloud services and their data-related services and experience with big data technologies and ETL processes.
Demonstrated experience with integration design patterns; data and analytics is essential for this position.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and have the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
