and important stakeholder meetings. - **Become a GovConnex Guru:** Master our platform and new products to deliver top-notch training and adoption playbooks. - **Be the Go-To Problem Solver:** Support our customers by resolving product issues from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. - **Connect on All Channels:** Use phone, chat, email, and video calls to give our customers an amazing experience. - **Handle Issues Like a Pro:** Calmly de-escalate and resolve any hiccups using your platform and industry expertise. - **Be the Expert Everyone Needs:** Become the person both customers and teammates turn to for product knowledge. - **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work with product, support, and customer operations to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships. - **Think Like an Entrepreneur:** Bring a startup mindset to innovate and drive results. **What You'll Need:** - Political Know-How: Familiar with the Australian political landscape. - **Self-Starter Attitude:** You're energetic,





proactive, and always ready to take the initiative. - **Communication Skills on Point:** Excellent in both writing and speaking. - **Sydney-Based:** You live in Sydney. - **Customer-Friendly Experience:** You've rocked a customer-facing role before. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** You're great at figuring things out with keen attention to detail. - **Organisational Wiz:** Stellar at staying organised and improving processes. - **Tech Enthusiast:** You have an interest in technology and software. - **Adaptable and Flexible:** You're cool with changing responsibilities and can adapt on the fly. - **Time Management Pro:** Excellent at juggling tasks and prioritising effectively.
