They're growing and looking for a Project Leader for their Multi-Residential projects; who be the primary lead on projects, leading the project through all project phases including Briefing, Design and Delivery Phases.
They believe good design starts at the concept and carries through all phases, it can be influenced at every stage. So we are looking for well-rounded architect who is driven by design at every level and have a strong ability to ensure good design principles are carried throughout the project.
This is a great opportunity for an leader with strong end-to-end project experience in Multi-Resi or related sectors to have the ability to use their strong project architect and leadership skills to be the primary person leading projects throughout all phases.

General Duties:
- Play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, updating Partners when necessary
- Ability to create and review drawings in Revit; including checking and marking up drawings and reviewing team members' drawings and documenting projects if needed
- Leading and working in cohesive teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other external stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members
About you:
We are looking for a Senior Architect or Project Leader, who are able to apply their strong design, design development and construction knowledge into something that is inspiring but functional.
We are looking for people who are passionate about architecture and design, making a difference and want to find a workplace they can flourish.
You will need to have proven experience in all project phases and coordinating consultants.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong design and technical acumen
- Demonstrated a high level of expertise in Revit
- 7+ years of Architectural Experience, ideally on medium to large-scale projects
- Experience in Multi-Resi sectors will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover
- Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants and internal team members
- Experience and involvement in client relationship management
- Strong level of technical/construction knowledge
- Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
- Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded
