Primary Purpose of the Position : Lead strategic marketing initiatives to elevate online presence, drive customer engagement, and convert traffic.
This role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing channels managing external marketing agencies to cover (social media, website, intranet, EDMs, SEO, SEM, etc.
and generating compelling content for both digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy :
- Assist in developing and executing the overarching Marketing Strategy.
- Own and manage the Digital Marketing Plan and Content Management Plan.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Social Media Management :
- Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels.
- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, and website traffic.
- Website Management :
- Maintain and update the company website for optimal user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with Applications Team and External Agencies for website improvements.
- Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) :
- Create, manage, and measure the success of email marketing campaigns throughout the customer buying cycle.
- SEO & SEM :
- Develop and implement SEO strategies.
- Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Content Creation :
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, persuasive content for bid templates and proposals.
- Mentor and coach Bid Coordinators.
- Manage and create newsworthy content for Interconnect, our intranet.
- Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Essential Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS and WordPress (or other CMS).
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of current Digital Marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience in managing external media agencies.
