### Job Description

Exelon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our clients while ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate is resilient, adaptable, and possesses a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients,





addressing inquiries and concerns promptly via email, phone, and chat.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

- **Client Support and Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze client issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.
- Document and track client interactions and reported issues using the company's CRM system.

- **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.

- **Knowledge Management:**
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.






- Assist in the development of client-facing materials, such as guides, FAQs, and training resources.

- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback, issues resolved, and client satisfaction metrics for management review.
- Identify patterns in client inquiries to propose proactive solutions or enhancements to services.

### Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related position.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.






- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
