### Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, remote position designed for a reliable and driven individual who thrives in a client-focused environment. As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement, and driving business growth.

### Key Responsibilities:







- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- **Communication & Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating strategies, changes, and opportunities. Ensure timely follow-ups and continuous engagement to foster long-lasting relationships.

- **Strategic Decision-Making:** Analyze client feedback and market trends to make informed decisions that positively impact client relations and business objectives. Develop strategies to address client concerns and proactively offer solutions.

- **People Management:** Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with company offerings. Mentor and guide junior team members to excel in their roles focused on client relations.







- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and analyze client metrics and feedback to assess service quality, identify improvement areas, and report findings to senior management. Develop action plans based on insights gathered.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Manage and resolve client issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client satisfaction while upholding the company's policies and procedures.

- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends for internal stakeholders to inform future client engagement strategies and decision-making processes.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Recommend and implement enhancements to improve client service processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the client relations function.

### Requirements:







- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field. Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors is a plus.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Dependable in meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments.
- Driven: Motivated to achieve results and exceed expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making abilities to assess situations quickly and effectively.
- Excellent people management skills, capable of fostering strong working relationships internally and externally.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.





Familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.

- **Work Environment:** Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong organizational skills are essential.
