### Key Responsibilities

ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues effectively and provide solutions or escalate when necessary to ensure a timely resolution aligning with company policies.
- **Order Management:** Oversee order processing, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all products and services offered by EMC to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Negotiation:** Engage with customers to negotiate terms of service, features, and benefits, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the agreed solution.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments to improve service quality and product offerings.
- **Documentation:** Record interactions and maintain detailed documentation of customer issues and resolutions in the company CRM system.






- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and strive to exceed KPIs and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.
- **Continual Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends and company updates to provide informed and relevant support to customers.

### Requirements

#### Education and Experience:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
