Who is Bridge Housing?

We are an award-wining Community Housing Provider (Tier 1 NSW) who provide safe, secure and affordable homes to people on very low to moderate incomes. We aim to provide our tenants with stability and support.

The Role

We are now accepting applications for a 12-month fixed-term Social Impact Project Coordinator. This exciting new role will will report directly to the Executive Director, Strategy and New Business and support social impact projects and new business including tender submissions.

What will a day look like? The key responsibilities are...

- organising and coordinating social impact and ESG projects
- ESG data collection and accreditation as required






- converting data into stories that support social change and advocacy campaigns
- coordinating working groups, creating agendas, taking notes and managing actions to support the delivery of successful projects
- supporting tender submissions through some writing and collection of internal and external responses
- research and analysis to inform with advocacy and policy positions
- editing and writing briefing notes, impact reports, campaigns and more

Who are we looking for? Someone with...

- relevant degree in social science, community services, communications, or project management
- confident in IT systems and advanced use of Microsoft 365
- stakeholder management skills with a broad range of people
- organisation skills and able to prioritise multiple projects in an evolving work environment
- well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- accountability and responsible work ethic - you are VALUES driven!

Other desirable skills and experience include...

- community and/or social services sector experience






- experience in tender coordination
- community engagement/development expertise
- an interest in advocacy and campaign strategy for change (including the use of social media)
