Job Description
The Vice President, People & Culture is responsible for leading all aspects of the People & Culture Strategy and operational plans, including talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and total rewards.
This role is pivotal in shaping an employee experience that aligns with the company's mission, values and strategic objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Deep knowledge and experience of both strategic and people leadership practices.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a proven track record in talent management, employee development, and Diversity and Inclusion.
Experience in a SAAS business is essential.
You will also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while leading with compassion.
