**Job Summary:**
As a Web Chat Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers.
You will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, assisting them with inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer by addressing their needs promptly and accurately.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement**: Initiate and maintain effective online conversations with customers through our web chat platform, providing timely responses to inquiries.

- **Problem-Solving**: Identify customer issues or concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Data Entry**: Capture and input customer information into our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- **Feedback Collection**:
Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to help improve our services and address potential issues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other associates and departments, fostering a collaborative environment that supports knowledge sharing and best practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- **Experience**:
