We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager for a well-established and respected national retailer, known for its strong presence in all things tools.
The Role You will provide high quality customer service and contribute to a sales culture as part of a successful team, whilst leading the team to success.
Duties * Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards in store * Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store * Provide feedback to team members in order to support their performance and development * Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty * Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities * Stock management and visual merchandising to set guidelines and standards * Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness * Contribute to building an engaged team in order to drive performance for the store Skills Required * Previous Management experience * Understanding of tools and hardware * Sales and or retail experience * Dedication to providing exceptional customer service * Computer literacy If you are passionate about all things tools and want to work for an iconic brand APPLY NOW!
