The Role: We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join us at our Skechers store in Watergardens on a maternity leave contract!
This role will see you lead, inspire and coach a team of passionate casuals including the support from your Assistant Store Manager.
Driving Sales and KPIs, customer engagement and team member coaching and development.
This opportunity will see you work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify areas of opportunity for your store and team in a high-profile space.
This role is full time, up to 12 months maternity leave contract, with an opportunity for permanency!
The role & responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's,
