1 X FOOD, BEVERAGE, and EVENTS SUPERVISOR:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy outstanding dining experiences. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Supervise variety of events from meeting, conferences, corporate golf days, weddings between 40-150 guests.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events.
1 X FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT: You will be the heart of our dining operations,
ensuring that every member and guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent service, assisting with food and beverage orders, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
- Handle member and guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or golf resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
