The Role
Due to growth,
our client is looking to recruit an experienced corporate/M&A; lawyer with, ideally, 4 years post admission experience.
This team is a high performing and market leading team with expertise in private & public M&A;, capital markets, private equity, corporate advisory and corporate governance.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the partner and essentially be their 2IC.
You will have client management responsibilities, lead deals, and mentor more junior members of the team.
This is the ideal opportunity for you to foster strong client relationships and you will be supported in growing your own client following.
About You
The ideal candidate will have: At least 4 years corporate law experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house environment
Excellent technical skills but also commercial nous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage clients and the ability to gain their trust and confidence
Enjoy mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team
