Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and prosecuting applications

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Have a minimum of 6 months' (or more) post-qualification experience as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney OR are a trainee patent attorney with a minimum of 18 months' experience OR are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ
Have a degree or higher qualification in Engineering (biomedical, electrical, mechanical, aeronautical, telecommunications, and/or computer engineering) OR Science (Chemistry, Physics, Geophysics, Biology) OR IT/Computer Science
Have hands-on experience in prosecuting and drafting mechanical patents (essential) and some opposition experience (desirable)
Possess strong drafting, technical, analytical, and communication/people skills,
along with strong commercial acumen
