We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior/Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s talented team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 engineers, guiding them through the design and delivery of mechanical engineering solutions for a variety of projects. You will also play a key role in supporting business development activities,





working closely with the leadership team to secure new projects and grow the firm's portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 4 mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Develop and oversee mechanical designs for projects across sectors including residential, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, aged care, fitout, and data centres. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project solutions that meet client needs. Assist in winning new work by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and technologies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all project work. About You: Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in a senior mechanical engineering role within a consultancy environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to business development with experience in contributing to the successful acquisition of new projects. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
