We are currently seeking a Executive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a Full Time basis including:

About the Role …







Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the management of the catering operation for the business. You will assist with implementing strategies and programs for training apprentices, new team members and trainees, whilst demonstrating and maintaining the highest level of culinary standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Must have a creative flair and menu development skills
- Manage the daily catering operation including preparation/oversight of team members rosters in line with operational requirements
- Coordinating training programs for apprentices, trainees and new team members
- Demonstrate effective leadership through motivating team members, promoting morale and ensuring professionalism

About you…

To be successful in this role, you will have passion and enthusiasm for the industry and be prepared to push the boundaries with flare and innovation in your menu design. You will have excellent organisational skills, a reliable and honest attitude,





and the ability to work calmly and effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills and an approachable manner, with a strong customer service focus.

You will also have:

- Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience
- Comprehensive understanding of food trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced, bulk production environment
