the RESIpm team provide Residential Property Management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail, hotel, government and industrial property sectors.

What this job involves :

We have an opportunity for a Relief Building Manager to join our team! In the role, you will work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various residential assets in NSW to cover their leave.

A snapshot of the role :

- Cover existing Building Managers whilst on leave
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
- Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
- Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
- Provide superior levels of customer service

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for :

- Experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations
- Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded






- Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
