**Job Description:**
Ford Motor is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.





This part-time entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to provide exceptional customer support and gain valuable experience in a leading global automotive company. As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless communication experience for our clients and facilitating positive interactions with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Assistance:** Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, issues reported, and solutions provided in our support management system.
- **Problem-Solving:** Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to identify root causes of client issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management,





to share client feedback and improve service delivery processes.
- **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding and training new clients, providing them with the necessary documentation and resources to ensure a successful experience with our products and services.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback, product inquiries, and support trends to report to management, contributing to the improvement of our client support processes.
- **Policy Adherence:** Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards while also maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.
- **Availability:** Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, ensuring coverage during peak times and special events.

**Requirements:**







*Education & Experience:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- No prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal position for recent graduates or individuals entering the job market.

- Basic technical knowledge or experience with automotive products and services is an advantage.
