Description
- Drive growth and expand business with allocated Distributor accounts, focusing on frozen seafood sales
- Leverage existing Distributor relationships and your relationship skills to create new opportunities
- Collaborate with the State Manager to implement strategic account plans and achieve sales targets
- Maintain an organised customer records system with updated details on key personnel, activity, and product opportunities
- Occasional travel to regional areas to build deeper connections and explore new markets
Profile
- Previous experience in seafood trading
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outgoing, ambitious, and driven personality
- Previous foodservice experience
Job Offer
- $120K base + performance-based bonus + $20K car allowance + super
