and empowers teams. Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced Program Director to join our delivery practice on a contract basis.
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.
2. Working collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
3. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, solid stakeholder management, and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines.
4. Working with other senior PMO and program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.
5. Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
6. Exhibiting tenacity and resilience,
remaining calm under pressure situations.
What you bring
1. A successful track record of delivering multiple large $50M - 200M+ programs for blue-chip clients.
2. Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
3. High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success.
4. Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
6. Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques; high integrity will be your most significant attributes.
7. Project Management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
