This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a People Experience Partner (HR Advisor/HR Business Partner_ supporting our renowned and successful Work Dynamics team. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with strong opportunity to extend.

The role will ensure interpretation, alignment,
and execution of the People Strategy and at the same time will deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business.
As PXP, you will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business. With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, you will also work on; Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, and Performance Management.
A snapshot of the role.
Effectively manage employee relations matters and performance management processes.
Conduct investigations into grievances, underperformance, and disciplinary issues ensuring due process is followed.
Support employees during transition, expansion,
and stabilisation of new business, as well as restructuring of existing teams, with a strong focus on employee experience.
Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address root causes.
Ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
Foster a culture of inclusion that celebrates employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”.
Support managers in understanding and ensuring compliance with grievance handling procedures and legislative requirements
Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.
Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for:
You love working as part of a collaborative HR team as well as autonomously and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach. You’ll also be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business.
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver best practices and high-quality results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop options and solutions with a delivery focus
Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role with a focus on employee relations
Tertiary qualifications in HR/ER, with a proven track record in group relationship management, employee relations, case management, and project work.
In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law, particularly the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
Comfort working with digital technology, understanding processes and systems.
