The Human Resources Manager is a key role in developing the sourcing, onboarding, and professional development of all staff in an organization. This position significantly impacts the performance and endurance of a solid business model. We currently have a need for an experienced HR Manager to ensure compliance with our processes, policies, and procedures in recruiting the right support staff. You will need to possess the following skills: Sourcing candidates based in AU Onboarding new staff Organizing and overseeing professional development and training of staff Ensuring that existing staff are familiar with the Policies and Procedures within the business Experience:
2-3 years minimum as a HR Manager or Senior Recruitment Officer Ability to work to stringent deadlines A high degree of integrity and loyalty to the organization Excel admin skills, especially with Admin and PPT Presentations Experience Levels:
Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs), Expert (5+ yrs)
